No content on this site constitutes an offer to buy or sell any products or services of CAVENAGHI SPA. All products and services are subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable agreements.

Purchases and Downloads

Pricing
Any price or discount quoted by CAVENAGHI SPA on this site, on services, products and other possible means, does not include any taxes and administrative charges. Unless agreed to in writing, or otherwise, prices are subject to change which may be made at any time.
Refunds
All refunds are issued on the same payment method originally used for your eventual purchase, if and where applicable. Full refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for defective software, software not received due to an error on the part of CAVENAGHI SPA, duplicate purchases, or billing errors. If you have been charged a duplicate amount, or believe that you have been charged an incorrect amount, please send all information regarding the error via email, including your contact information, to info@cavenaghi.it, or contact your CAVENAGHI SPA contact person to ensure that the problem is resolved promptly.
CAVENAGHI SPA does not, for any reason, offer refunds for products, services, or software purchased for an incorrect device or platform, thirty (30) days after the date of their purchase.
Delivery and Usage
All information relating to CAVENAGHI SPA’s products and services, including sales resources, product information, newsletters, photos and videos (“Information”) are downloadable directly from this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and are intended to be copyrighted.
Your ability to access and download the Information will vary and depend on the speed of your Internet connection and the terms and conditions you have agreed to with your Internet service provider.
